History
The specialized magazine "Tehnica Instalatiilor" is a free of charge publication since its appearance, 9 years ago. If in the first year we had a circulation of 3,000 copies and 2,400 addressees, now, after 9 years of market presence the circulation increased to 15,000 copies per month with 13,500 addressees at present. Addressee’s selection criteria is represented by their field of activity (and which must comply with at least one of those covered by us-sanitary, heating, air conditioning, refrigeration, gas, technology). Moreover, the number of magazine pages has increased considerably, from 32+4 to maximum 126+6, keeping an average of 100 pages. As well as this, its frequency increased from 6 issues per year in 2002 to 11 issues per year at present.
The fact that our magazine became a familiar name on the market of this kind is due to the information presented, its free of charge distribution and presentation, which were constantly improved. Moreover, the publication is distributed free to all who wish to be informed, natural persons or legal entities, the subscription being available in the magazine using the subscription form, from our internet website www.tehnicainstalatiilor.ro or by request addressed to our editorial office in case of a different field of activity (individuals who wish to receive the magazine must prove their professional activity in installations by sending a copy after a diploma or a certificate from their workplace).

Besides the articles received from companies wishing to promote their products and services in the pages of our magazine, we maintain close relations of cooperation with professors specialized in prestigious educational institutions in the country: Politehnica University of Bucharest, The “Gheorghe Asachi” Technical University of Iasi, Politehnica University of Timisoara, Dunarea de Jos University of Galati, The Technical University Cluj Napoca, The “Petru Maior” University of Tg. In September 2008 we started the collaboration with Eng. Cristian Guta, head of IMSP office within ISCIR Bucharest, who provides us articles related to the current legislation.
In 2006 we’ve started to publish summaries of the scientific articles in English and in 2007 we continued by publishing other materials in English in a special section of the magazine which also contain summaries of all the articles published in that issue.
Website
Our website www.tehnicainstalatiilor.ro contains all editions of the magazine archived in the full version, the archive being posted on the website in term of 20 days from the appearance of the last edition. The website is also available in the English version.
E-Newsletter
2007 has brought a novelty for our subscribers, who could also subscribe to our Newsletter, containing news from the field of installations, structured on the set fields and others than those published in the magazine. The first edition of the newsletter was emailed to approx. 4000 subscribers, their number increasing to 6250 at present (2009). The newsletter was intended to be an additional source of information with international level news, presenting the latest products and technologies, events in the field of installations, emphasizing their international character.
At present (December 2009), the magazine Newsletter has reached in its third year of appearance no.29, being sent by email to over 6250 subscribers. Subscription can be done from the Newsletter portal, available at http://news.tehnicainstalatiilor.ro, which contains all the articles from the previous Newsletter issues.
Presence
We are present at the most important specialized fairs in the country (Ambient Instal-Cluj Napoca and Romtherm-Bucharest, as media partners and exhibitors), to other events-scientific and technical conferences organized by AIIR (Romanian Association of Building Services Engineers from Romania), symposia organized by the partners of the magazine (the Architects Conference organized yearly by Daikin Airconditioning Europe Romania, The Conference of Energy Auditors – organized by AIIR Romania, the Symposia organized by Promoterm SRL, etc.), we are media partners at RENEXPO South-East Europe, an important fairs, exhibitions and conferences organizer in the field of the renewable energies, event known in Romania as ENREG Energia Regenerabila.
Abroad we have been present as visitors four years consecutively at Mostra Convegno Expocomfort – Milano, Italy, ISH – Frankfurt, Germany. We were the Romanian media partner of IFEMA Climatizacion 2009 – Madrid, Spain having also signed the formalities for the media partnership in Romania for Mostra Convegno Expocomfort – Milano 2010. Here we can also include the participation of the magazine representatives at the press conferences at Vaillant head office in Remscheid, Germania (2004), Grundfos - Denmark (2005, 2006), Daikin Central Europe at Prague and Vienna (2006, 2007, 2008), Halcor Greece (2007), Purmo Poland and Belgium (2007, 2009), ISH Frankfurt, Germany (2008). This intense activity demonstrates our opening towards an international character of the magazine.
In 2008 the company had implemented within the company the quality management system, certified according with ISO 9001 standards, through URS – UKAS certificate no. 30540 in order to optimize the editorial activity.
The prestige of the editorial staff and of the authors of the articles, the scientific content of the published materials, the close relationship with the universities, the constant and active presence on the specialized press market in Romania, the contacts established with various media offices of mother companies with representative offices in Romania as well as other international resources, such as www.buildup.eu – portal containing information referring to the Energy Performance of Buildings Directive, www.refrige.com – Portal - HVAC & Refrigeration news, events, training, books, magazines and directory online in Spain; www.plumbingpark.co.uk - a leading plumbing and HVAC online publication in the UK and activity related publications, considered for an exchange of information, such as Pump Industry Analyst, World Pumps – England, IEN Europe – Belgium make us to believe the magazine is a real professional source, free and constantly updated for all who are active in the field of installations. |
